About the advisory
Where we stand, how notes are written, and when they change.
An independent guidance service with nothing to sell — which is precisely what allows a note to say plainly where a provider is weak.

Any question about our standing
Telephone the advisory and we will talk it through. There is nothing to buy at any point.
§2How notes are written
We read published provider terms, the regulator's requirements and independent measurement, then write what they mean for an ordinary household.
Operator notes follow an identical eleven-section anatomy so that two providers can be compared without allowing for differences in presentation. Every note opens with our position stated in a single line, so you can disagree with the conclusion and still use the facts underneath it.
§3When notes change
Notes are rewritten when the facts move — mergers, network closures and regulatory changes each trigger a review. Between reviews, details can change without notice, and a provider's own current terms always take precedence over anything written here.
If you believe a note is wrong, telephone us. Corrections are made promptly and without argument.
